--> Manipulating how ads are served: You try to manipulate your ads to that so that those with higher revenue is what you get.
--> Encouraging users to support your site through ad interaction: You write on your blog or website telling people (visitors) to click on your ad.
--> Ad placement deceptive for users or generating accidental clicks: This generate another topic if placing adsense code under blogger post is legal because it seems every blogger is doing this. Hmm.
--> Ads embedded in applications: You created application or software program and you decided to display ads in those program.
--> Illegal content: You are fund of copy and pasting other peoples work
--> Pornographic, adult, or mature content: well explained.
--> User-generated content

So what Google is trying to say is "you are caught in the act" violating one of the above rules.
After correcting the above mischievousness there are only two solution to your present predicament:

Appealing to Google does not guarantee an account-welcome-back but you can still try and wait for some time.
--> Apply for another Adsense account: well, for this you will need to have another Google mail account. I will strongly recommend that you go for the first solution after which you can consider this.
