Though it has been on iPhone before now, spreading it through the iDevices might worth while. This may appear to be a breakthrough as someone once asked a question in the Apple community “Can I run MS Office on iPad?”

The answer to that question might be valid as of two years ago but it expired on 17 of March when Satya Nadella (Microsoft new CEO) announced the optimization of the Microsoft Office for Apple iPad. Its now possible moving documents around devices without letting Apple iPad behind.

I would personally recommend that if you need Microsoft Word, you can download pages to your iPad which is very similar but instead of it being made by Microsoft, it was made by apple. It also syncs all of your documents to all of your devices. It works through iCloud.No. it can only be run on Mac. However iWork is available on iPad as an option.
