It would be cool if iPhone were Multitask enabled but as they are not don't even try to make them take more than they can.
Officially Apple did not include multitasking to iPhone, today there are some kinda software (not from Apple) that help you enable multitasking and home screen background image.
Enabling multitasking or any other functionality that is not officially designed for iPhone you should be ready to bear the back fire as you wont enjoy your iDevice to some extend your three major experience will be

- Frequent restarting
- Crash at the middle if something
- Slows and will take time to respond to your command
Solution
- Disable multitasking functionality: Open zToggle app — the application downloaded from Cydia usually on Jailbroken iPhone, its used to enable functionality such as Multitasking and Home Screen Wallpaper.— navigate to multitasking section and OFF
- Close all opened program as soon as they accrue: Open the multitasking try by double-pressing the home button, tap and hold on one of the application for some seconds (they will stall dangling) tap on the minus (—) sign to close; close all the opened application to free space.
