5 Reasons Why Your Computer is Slow

How do you feel when using slow computer? for me I feel like blowing off the monitor, its just somehow frustrating. There are several reasons why the computer freezes or slows down, some of the reasons is what you cannot help with other then doing some serious changes possibly change the whole computer or they can be hardware problems like:

• Processor overheating
• Bad RAM
• Hard disk issues
• Disk type and interface

Here are several reason why your computer will slow down or stop responding to your command and some measures to take in order to overcome that

1. Malware: This is one of those things that stop the computer from responding to the users command, when virus go into a computer, it does not just go and save to your computer memory they perform what i may refer to as "Underground Activities" they do a lot of things without your notice, such as copying and transferring itself to different location of your drive for this reason your computer, with a manageable memory, will eventually slow down, probably stop responding to your command. The only way you can prevent this is to install a strong antivirus, not only install, but make sure your antivirus is up to date.
2. Disk Space: most at time the hard disk becomes packed with lot of files which may exceed the minimum disk space allowed for the Operating System, that alone can slow down a computer, I will advice you to delete some of the file/folder that are not longer useful, like the files in your Download folder, windows temporary files, Recycle Bin....
3. Installed Programs: there are some programs that are not good for the health of your computer, perhaps may not run as required on your computer, for that reason when installing new programs, make sure your PC meet there System Requirements. At the same time, there maybe some of the program in your computer that are not longer useful to you, I think these programs may be occupying some space. 4. Visual Effects: the visual effect of your operating system that makes the computer look cool also contribute to the slowness of a PC because it also uses some portion of the computer memory. Read More......
5. BIOS settings : One frequently ignored cause of system slowdown is the machine’s BIOS settings. Most people accept the BIOS settings as they were configured in the factory and leave them as is. However, slowdowns may occur if the BIOS settings do not match the optimal machine configuration.
