  To Register a Facebook page:

1. In your Facebook Profile, Scroll down to the last page You will see Create a Page or Click HERE
2. Select the category you belong to and fill a brief form, Agree to there terms then Get Started 
3. Upload your profile picture, Continue till finish 

Just these simple steps your page will be up and doing.
You can also make your page very easy to access to your non Facebook fans by creating a unique ULR something like www.facebook.com/brilliantinfo (brilliantinfo is a Username) once you type this in your address bar it takes you to Brilliant InfoVille fan page.

To Get your page URL (Username)

1. In the already created Facebook page, Click on Admin Settings or at the top of the page click on EDIT PAGE in the drop down click UPDATE INFO
2. Then type your page username
