There are only two things that are required for you to upload a website to the Internet and they are as follows:

1. Domain(Valid web address)
2. Web Space

For web space this is where your website is saved so that it can be accessed from the Internet. Since your computer is not connected on the Internet 24/7 you will need to upload your website to a hosting server that is always online so that the company will be the one to host your website for you; once your sited is hosted on the Internet with your valid web address it can be accessed from anywhere in the world this is when it is called a website.

To host your site there are lots of company that does web hosting(Hostgator, Web4Africa of which you will pay a certain amount of money for them to host your site(The amount of money paid depends on the selected plane) though there are other site that will host your site for free but with limited space and bandwidth (You can search the Internet, type "free website hosting" in your search engine or get one HERE)

Get to a Hosting site 

Choose the plane of your choice 

Register and make the payment 

You will start your hosting as soon as you are verified.
